ricktouchstone.com was built to help people get started with building a website or blog so they can help fund their lifestyle. So many have changed over the last few years and the site is just my article collection of what interests me.
I was always into web design and got myself a few freelance jobs setting up blogs and creating content for small local business. It was then I realized that I could make a personal site that others would follow and started to use Facebook. Well that was not what I wanted as Facebook gives traffic and Facebook taketh away.
As the blog evolved, I keep recommendations from previous clients that I liked and trashed the rest.
I cover a wide variety of topics from blogging basics to more advanced techniques such as getting more traffic to cooking techniques and food, and of course all things cycling.
If you have wanted to start a blog for some time but just did not know where to start or how to start then you are in the right place. All the information on my blog and newsletter is available to you for free.
